, Chairman and CEO

Chris is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the Company. He works directly with TRC’s management teams to execute the Company’s vision in the continuous effort to deliver value to its customers, shareholders, and employees. He was hired in May 2005 as COO to strategically integrate the business and develop the next steps in its evolution. He was then appointed President and CEO in January 2006 and named Chairman in November of 2006.

In 2006 Mr. Vincze launched and executed a recapitalization of the Company and in 2007 launched and managed the execution of TRC’s turnaround plan and companywide integration initiatives. Under his leadership, TRC continues to apply creativity, experience, integrity and dedication to deliver superior solutions to the world’s energy, environment and infrastructure challenges.

Mr. Vincze currently serves as an appointed Board Member on the Commission on Transportation, the Commission on Transportation Restructuring, and Workforce Investment in Massachusetts. He is a member of the National Brownfields Association, Environmental Business Council, National Association of Industrial Office properties, Environmental Bankers Association, Construction Management Association, IBTTA (International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association), AOD (Association of Owners and Developers), CIMS (Construction Industries of Massachusetts), Team Florida Transportation and Team Texas Transportation.

Thomas W Bennet, Jr , ,

, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Thomas W. Bennet, Jr. joined TRC as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in June 2008. Prior to joining TRC, Bennet founded the Bennet Consulting Group, LLC, where he was working with a Utah-based energy services firm specializing in nuclear and environmental services. Before that, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Yankee Atomic Electric Company and Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power. Bennet began his career in the field as manager of financial planning and assistant treasurer at Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power. In a series of financial management positions of increasing responsibility culminating in his appointment as Chief Financial Officer of Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power, Bennet oversaw the development and management of $50 million to $100 million annual operating budgets for two nuclear power corporations. Bennet holds Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from the University of Georgia.

, Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Martin Dodd has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel since 1993. Prior to joining TRC, Mr. Dodd served in various counsel positions within the corporate legal, power generation and corporate environmental departments at General Electric. He was also a partner in a major law firm. Mr. Dodd brings over 20 year's experience to TRC in the corporate, power and environmental fields.
